Access a vast library of educational videos through the Described and Captioned Media Program (DCMP). Offering over 16,000 streaming educational videos with captions and/or descriptions, this service caters to students who are deaf, hard of hearing, blind, visually impaired, or deaf-blind. The library is provided free of charge to eligible students, their teachers, parents, and professionals supporting them.
If you are a current DCMP user, simply log into the app using your website credentials. For new users, registration is quick and free! Visit https://dcmp.org/signup to apply. Upon approval, you gain access to thousands of full-length educational videos sourced from numerous reputable producers.
The DCMP is financially supported by the U.S. Department of Education and managed by the National Association of the Deaf.
